Inglewood United still has a limited number of places available in our 2016 MiniRoos, Community and Girls squads.

Registering to play with Inglewood this winter is simple…

1) Download a player registration form –

• MiniRoo Team Registration Form (pdf, 908 kB)
• Community Team Registration Form (pdf, 959 kB)
• Girls Team Registration Form (pdf, 958 kB)

2) Return the completed form by –

• email to registrar@inglewoodunitedfc.com.au
• post to IUSC PO Box 91, Inglewood WA 6932, or
• in person to a club official at the clubhouse on a Thursday between 5.30-6.30pm

3) Make payment, in full, as detailed on the registration form –

• by EFT deposit Bendigo Bank BSB 633000 Account 151161551 or
• at the clubhouse on a Thursday between 5.30pm-6.30pm

4) Attend the clubhouse on a Thursday, between 5.30-6.30pm, to be fitted for a player polo/training top, jacket, shorts and socks.
