Inglewood United congratulates Adam Tong on gaining selection to represent Western Australian in this week’s Heritage Cup game against Perth Glory. The veteran defender is among a strong 20-player squad selected by State coach Chris Coyne for Wednesday’s friendly at Inglewood Stadium.

Tong, 33, has been one of the standout defenders of the 2016 season. Possessing a wealth of experience and a combative nature, the imposing centre back has been a near ever-present in his first season at Inglewood, making 24 appearances to date. Tong has been called up for State duty on two previous occasions, both against Glory.

Entry to the Heritage Cup is $15 with registered Football West players receiving a $5 discount by quoting their club name at the gate. Glory members are entitled to a $5 discount on presenting their 2016/17 membership card.
