NOTICE OF 2025
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given to all members that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING for INGLEWOOD UNITED FOOTBALL CLUB will be held at 5pm on Sunday 23 November 2025 at Inglewood United Football Club Rooms (88 Hamer Parade, Inglewood).
All voting and life members are encouraged to attend in person and contribute to the future of our club. Should voting and life members be unable to attend, please consider appointing a proxy to vote on your behalf. Proxy nominations can be completed online or submitted in writing to the Club Secretary at secretary@inglewoodunitedfc.com.au by Friday 21 November 2025.
Members may wish to nominate themselves or another for an Executive Committee position.
A Member who wishes to be an Executive Committee Member must be endorsed by one other Member as a candidate for election.
All nominations must be submitted in writing by email to the Club Secretary at secretary@inglewoodunitedfc.com.au by 4pm Friday 14 November 2025. Nominations will not be accepted after this time.
A list of candidates will be made available to voting and life members, along with a copy of the agenda on 16 November 2025.
