Inglewood Book Round of Eight Date

Inglewood United booked their place in the last eight of the State Cup with a comfortable 4-1 home triumph over Division Two side Fremantle United. First half honours were even with both teams creating some good openings. Ryan Francis sent the ball into the Fremantle net after 22 minutes but by half-time the port side had drawn level courtesy of Tyrone Fenwick. The game was ultimately decided just before the hour when Ryan Clarke netted twice in as many minutes to put Inglewood in command. New signing Teeboy Kamara put the icing on the cake in the 79th minute by scoring his first goal in Inglewood colours.
