Inglewood United Football Club is hosting a free Community Day on Saturday 5 June and local residents are invited to join in the fun.
IUFC President Cesare Colli said the club was celebrating 70 years of operation in 2021.
“Seventy years is a huge achievement for a local club and so we are throwing open the doors and inviting local residents to join us in celebrating our big milestone,” he said.
“Lots of people may know where are grounds are but perhaps haven’t stepped inside our gates before.
“Our Community Day on Saturday 5 June is the perfect opportunity to enjoy some fun friendly activities and also see what we do. We are a family club, driven largely by volunteers and we want to host something special for the community we have been part of for so many years, it’s our way of giving back.”
The Community Day coincides with a National Premier League WA IUFC home game against Perth Glory.
Special features of the day include free entry, games, raffles, bouncy castle, face painting, lolly stall, best dressed competition and food and drink specials.
The fun runs from 2pm-5pm on Saturday 5 June. IUFC is located at 88 Hamer Parade, Inglewood. For more information visit https://fb.me/e/P6vpycaO
