The selection of twenty-four Inglewood United teenagers in the Football West’s Talent Support Program highlights the success of the club’s Talent Identification and Youth Football Development programs. The youngsters are drawn from our Under-13 to Under-16 Junior National Premier Leagues squads, which are overseen by Technical Director Alex Stanojevic.
The Talent Support Program has provided an elite development pathway for young players since being implemented by Football West in 2016. Players are selected yearly through an open trial process with those successful attending an additional training session each week in a highly competitive environment to assist with their development.
“We are very pleased Football West recognised the talent being developed at Inglewood by selecting so many of our young players in the Talent Support Program,” Stanojevic commented. “This program is a great initiative and aligns well with our football development philosophy, and one which we hope to continue to support in the future.”
“Coupled with our recent in-house Skills Acquisition Program start-up, which caters for players aged nine to twelve, we have a clear football development pathway for talented young players. Ultimately, we are looking to produce players capable of playing at the highest level and, as a club, we believe we are on the right track with that.”

- Under-13s – Jake Cunan, Anthony Fiorucci, Lachlan Hardy, George Houvardas, Michael Huynh, Ryan Johnson, Seamus McNamee, Perry McQueen, Ethan Nice, Patrick Shortall
- Under-14s – Zayn Bukhara, Lincoln Conroy, Adam Csontos, Ben Henley, Braxton Henri, Oisin O’Connell, Jayden Paterson, Cooper Richards
- Under-15s – Roy McKain, Baillee Takoniatis, James Toth
- Under-16s – Travis Cook, Tyler Cook and Josh Leon
