Are you an energetic and self-motivated individual with a passion for junior football development?   If this sounds familiar then we would like to consider you for the position of Junior Co-ordinator at Inglewood United.

The key responsibilities of the Junior Co-ordinator are:

• to co-ordinate the activities of our Miniroos (Under-6 to Under-12) and Community (Under-13 to Under-18) teams
• to support Miniroos team parent-coaches by introducing the Miniroos curriculum, and to conduct supporting sessions
• to bring on-board licensed Community team coaches, to support coach education and development, and to conduct supporting sessions
• to work with the Technical Director to ensure Community teams are aligned with the Clubs’ Mission, Vision and Philosophy, thereby, offering players an alternative path to the National Premier Leagues
• to engage with the Clubs’ in-house Skills Acquisition Program for identified Under-9 to Under-12 players
• to oversee a combined Under-12/13 Community team in the Under-13 Metro competition
