Inglewood United SC is pleased to call for applications for the position of Technical Director.

The successful applicant will be reporting to the Executive / Football Department and will be responsible for the planning and management of all aspects of the NPL U12s – U20s player development.

This includes working closely with our Community teams as well as the Mini-Roos player development pathways from the Discovery Phase and Skills Acquisition Program, through to the Inglewood Football Institute and beyond.

IUSC’s player development programs are going through a period of transition and the Technical Director will be required to bring a fresh perspective as well as the capacity to manage change, in partnership with IUSC’s experienced senior coaching staff and key stakeholders.

There will be a strong emphasis on the overall development of both the men’s and women’s games as a whole including individual player analysis.

The suitable candidate should hold a B Licence qualification and have significant knowledge, understanding and experience working in the area of talented player/coach development.
