Inglewood United thanks Tim Hammond MP, Federal Member for Perth, and David Lagan, City of Stirling Councillor for the Inglewood Ward, for their assistance in our Club securing a grant under the Stronger Communities Program.

The grant was used to improve facilities at Perth Plasterboard Centre Stadium, specifically the replacement of the perimeter fence around our main pitch.   The new fence provides a more secure and safe barrier between the main pitch and adjacent pathways that are used by spectators.

The Stronger Communities Program supports the Australian Government’s commitment to deliver social benefits across Australia by funding small capital projects in each of the 150 Federal electorates.   The program aims to improve local community participation and contribute to vibrant and viable communities.
