Inglewood United invites applications for the position of Senior Head Coach for the 2015 National Premier Leagues season. The position will be responsible solely for the National Premier Leagues first team, and requires close collaboration with the clubs’ Technical Director in other operational areas.
The Senior Head Coach will be responsible for the management and administration of the first team program in compliance with Football Federation Australia’s National Curriculum, and National Premier Leagues WA and Inglewood United rules and regulations.
The tasks of the Senior Head Coach include the scouting and recruitment of players who meet club standards, player conditioning, season planning and scheduling, management of assistant coaches and associated staff, budget preparation, fundraising and sponsorship relations.
The requirements of the Senior Head Coach at Inglewood include –
• a commitment to the overall development of Inglewood United’s players
• a demonstrated ability to lead and work collaboratively
• developed football problem-solving skills
• strong communication skills
• a passion for National Premier League and State League football
• an understanding of the FFA National philosophy
The Senior Head Coach must be committed to transforming Inglewood United into a powerhouse of West Australian football.

Qualifications: Minimum AFC ‘B’ License is essential.
